  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept cash, credit card, or electronic payment.
  • For ongoing service plans, billing cycles will be outlined in your service agreement.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.

4. Liability

  • Alpha1 Pools is not liable for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or surrounding property.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining safe access to the pool area (including pets, gates, and hazards).
  • While we strive for consistent service quality, factors outside our control (e.g., weather, power outages, water chemistry changes) may temporarily affect pool conditions.

5. Equipment & Repairs

  • Any recommended repairs will be communicated before work is performed.
  • Customer authorization is required for repairs outside of routine cleaning.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment purchased through Alpha1 Pools.

6. Service Guarantee

We take pride in delivering reliable and professional service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can make it right.

7. Website & Content Use

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Alpha1 Pools.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited.
